Quick Opening Closure

Quick opening closure is a safe and simple way to provide access to the internal components of pressure vessels. These closures can be installed on a variety of horizontal and vertical pressure vessels and in a variety of sizes and ratings. Because of the design of these doors, the internal pressure of the vessel helps to improve . Also, the safety parts embedded in these closures increase the safety of the operators. The opening and closing mechanism of these doors is such that operators do not need to use any additional tools. The materials used in making these doors vary, depending on the fluid they come into contact with. The design of the Quick Opening Closure at the Apadana Petro Farayand Company is done entirely by the company's elite engineers. The latest software and technology are used in designing our QOCs . Our QOCs are manufactured by our expert craftsmen using the latest machinery and taking into account the highest accuracy. The mechanism of operation of this lock is such that it is not possible to open the door without opening the safety lock. If the tank is not yet completely drained and it is still under pressure, the gas inside the vessel is from the hole designed on the safety lock and alerts the operator to the gas salute the tank. In such manner, the operator notices the gas is still inside the vessel and continues the gas discharge operation.
